FOOD AND DRINK // In the Kitchen at El Bulli

The world famous El Bulli restaurant has topped San Pellegrino’s World’s 50 Best Restaurants list a record five times, the molecular gastronomy pioneering restaurant will close its doors this month. Photographer and filmmaker Marcus Gaab captured a short film of the 70 person strong kitchen, creating everything from “gorgonzola balls (a frozen sphere of the cheese with a soft center) to chocolate coral (strawberry-powder-dusted warm chocolate molded in the shape of sea coral).” Definatly worth a watch.
